****As property managers we are often on the lookout for good properties: so over the years have bought and sold many. Aaryn has proven to be one of the best agents we’ve worked with. Our first business encounter with her was when she sold a house for us. Because she works very hard, knows the city and stays abreast of the market; she was extremely helpful in pointing out what features in the home were good and where we could improve its saleability. She also recommended, and got for us, a much higher price than we had anticipated. In a little over a week she held 2 open houses and found us a buyer, then began seeking out a new property for us. She compiled a long list of places to view; but because of her expertise and listening to our specific needs she suggested viewing those on her “short list”. We made an offer on the 3^rd one she showed us. Today’s market is active: as a result we missed out on a couple of offers, but she diligently searched the builder’s market for us and found what we needed even before the basement was dug. As a result we’ve watched with pleasure, our new home’s development.

A while later we phoned her to tell her what we needed in another property. The next day she showed us the first 4 homes taken from a new list she had hustled to compile. Within a couple of hours we had another residence—from a source we had not considered searching out.

Our schedule doesn’t allow us a lot of time to sit on the market but Aaryn does that for us.
